Ecological Footprint
The definition of what an ecological
footprint is may be hard to understand if you are new to the
concept of ecological footprinting. The ecological footprint
analysis can be performed or calculated on any economy, on
any person or any country. Simply put, ecological footprint is
all about how much natural resources people, countries,
economies, or the world are using. In another word, the
ecological footprint is the amount of land and water that are
needed to support and maintain the current standard of living
of a defined human population indefinitely.
